Tuning Into
the Wisdom
of Your Body
Writing practices and somatic movements to help you connect to yourself
—with Ev’Yan Whitney + Fariha Róisín
What stories are you holding in your body?
What does your body know? How would you be if you tapped into this inner knowing regularly?
In this intimate and experiential workshop, writer Fariha Róisín and somatic practitioner Ev’Yan Whitney will help you embody this question in real time using prompts and body-based practices to deepen your inner listening.
During this three-hour workshop, we’ll explore writing practices to encourage self-inquiry into the voice of our bodies, being with the stories that live there. Then, we’ll play with somatic movement to get a felt-sense of how those stories inform and impact how we show up in our lives.
